Who we are
Dominion Intelligence is a DBA of Casa Hermosa Investments LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We provide applied AI systems to businesses. Our registered address and published business contact details are listed at the end of this policy.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. Our text messaging program has its own terms, set out in full on our SMS Terms & Conditions page.
Information we collect
When you call us
Our receptionist answers inbound calls to our business number. During a call we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, the telephone number you are calling from or a callback number you give us, and the reason for your call. Calls are recorded and transcribed so that we can accurately pass your request to the right person and so we can review the quality of our own service.
When you email us or use our website
We collect the contents of your message and the contact details you provide. Our website does not use advertising trackers and does not sell visitor data.
Customer business data
Businesses that use Dominion Intelligence as their receptionist provide us with operating information — hours, services, service area, and how they want calls handled — along with the call records generated for their own callers. That data belongs to the customer. We process it on their behalf and do not use it for any other purpose.
How we use information
We use this information to answer and route calls, schedule and confirm appointments, send a requested follow-up message, provide the service our customers contract for, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We disclose information only to the providers required to operate the service — our telephony carrier, messaging provider, voice and transcription providers, and hosting and email providers — and only as needed for that function. We also disclose information where legally required, such as under a valid subpoena or court order.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We send text messages only to people who called our business and asked for a written follow-up during that call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Data retention and security
We retain call recordings, transcripts, and contact records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to personnel who require it.
Call recording notice
Calls to our business number are answered by an automated system and are recorded and transcribed. Texas is a one-party consent jurisdiction. Where the law applicable to your location requires notice, our receptionist states that the call is recorded, and you may end the call at any time.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us using the address at the end of this policy and we will respond within thirty days. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us not to call you back.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to text messaging consent will be published here before taking effect.
