No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Program description
Dominion Intelligence sends conversational and transactional text messages to people who have called our business and asked for a written follow-up. Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and direct replies to the question you raised on your call. This is not a marketing or promotional program. The program is operated by Dominion Intelligence, a DBA of Casa Hermosa Investments LLC, from the published business number listed at the end of these terms.
How you opt in
You call our published business number and speak with our receptionist. During that call you provide your mobile number and agree to receive a follow-up text message about your inquiry or appointment. That spoken consent, given on a call you placed to us, is the only way a mobile number ever enters our messaging system.
We do not purchase, rent, or import number lists, and we do not message anyone who has not called us and requested a reply. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Example messages
“Dominion Intelligence: Hi Maria, your appointment is confirmed for Thursday, August 6 at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.”
“Dominion Intelligence: Thanks for calling. Someone from our team will call you back at this number within one business day. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. In most cases one to three messages per call or appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; any charges come from your own mobile carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. We send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you receive no further messages unless you opt in again on a later call.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless provider and is outside our control.
Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
